Job Description

  • Lead nationwide sales execution of the Aesthetic portfolio, driving individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue (NNS), EBIT, and market share targets.
  • Coach and manage field sales teams engaging dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and key healthcare accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize territory and resource allocation.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, top clinics, and strategic accounts to drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory to ensure aligned messaging and product education.
  • Oversee CRM-driven pipeline management, forecasting, stock availability, and territory planning.
  • Ensure compliance, lead business reviews, support budgeting/forecasting, and drive continuous team capability development.

The Successful Applicant


A successful National Sales Manager - Injectable Aesthetics should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or aesthetics industries.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven team development capability.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Solid understanding of the aesthetic market landscape and clinical selling environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting/analytics tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
