Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To Attain Assigned Sales and Marketing Goals through effective coaching and development of people and management of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate
  • At least 1-year experience as a Medical Representative and District Manager.
  • Good interpersonal and people skills
  • Possesses Leadership capability
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Good at written and oral communication
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Goal-oriented, customer-oriented, self-motivated
  • Pleasing personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To achieve and deliver assigned Sales and Marketing objectives.
  2. To develop an efficient, motivated, and committed sales organization appropriate to the company's requirements.
  3. To ensure achievement of the MD Call Performance Target. Encourage MRs visibility with the customers through attainment of high call rate performance
  4. To ensure proper implementation of all Sales, Marketing and Promotions Programs.
  5. To effectively/efficiently implement agreed Sales & Marketing programs.
  6. To take the lead in developing him/herselfand his/her direct reports. This is with the sole purpose of elevating the DM's professional level to that of the best in the industry.
  7. Foster & encourage a learning environment to attain professionalism at the DM and MR levels.
  8. To regularly coordinate with the assigned principal to aligned of goal and opportunities.
  9. To provide Upper Management with accurate and timely reports on the business environment and personnel-related matters w/in his area of responsibility. Provide regular & timely marketing updates & recommendations.
  10. To manage and allocate marketing and tactical resources effectively and efficiently.
  11. To ensure achievement of the company's sales and profit targets.
  12. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions, and continuously improving department processes to maintain product and service quality
