Job Purpose
- Oversee and handle the payroll and final pay process
- Responsible for the compliance to statutory and government requirements
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the accounts and ensuring data accuracy
- Ensure that the company's accounting information and practices are accurately reflected.
Main Responsibilities
- Processes payroll for the employees, including last pay, 13th month and annualization
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of the data and information in the payroll system.
- Record payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system.
- Review employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Address and resolve employee pay-related concerns raised via ticket and emails.
- Prepare government contributions and/or remittances.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Proficient in providing advice based on current knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to payroll.
- Update salary data in Myrewards
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for manpower related accounts.

- BIR Form 2316 Preparation & Issuance
- Support internal and external audit activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance
- With strong accounting background in Accounting and Payroll Processing
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- With high level of integrity and confidentiality
