Main Responsibility
Responsible for building & maintaining the company's strategic national key account customers. This role manages KA strategies, drives revenue and growth by developing customized business medium to long-term partnership plans. Primary liaison between major customers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop & sustain strong, medium to long term business relationships with Key Customer's stakeholders.
- Conducts Annual Joint Business Plans, Monthly business reviews to identify potential risks and growth opportunities.
- Implementing sales strategies and sales plan consistently in time and in full.
- Maintain strategic business relationship and serves as the main point of contact for major national key account.
- Ensures customer satisfaction, resolves customer concerns and provides strategic solutions.
Manages Accounts Receivables, collections & AP/ AR reconciliation
- Ensures timely payment of AR.
Strategic planning & execution
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales, profitability and market share targets.
- Analyze & monitors sales data, market trends and competitive insights to recommend tailored solutions.
- Leads Annual trading term negotiations, pricing & promo discussions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sales and identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets.
- Manage 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to ensure alignment with company sales strategies and execution standards.
Leadership (manage, oversee, guidance, coaching & motivation)
- Lead, manage and motivate Distributor KAMs and merchandising front-liners to achieve sales targets and strong instore 4Ps execution.
- Coach teams on product knowledge, sales processes, marketing campaigns, and operational standards.
- Oversee daily sales planning activities, SAF/Tracking reports, and ensure compliance with company sales strategies.
- Monitor regional performance, drive corrective actions, and reallocate resources to optimize results.
- Lead sales execution and negotiate with key customers of strategic importance.
- Conduct field visits to supervise execution and manage performance evaluations.
- Track market trends, competition, and FMCG shifts to adjust sales strategies.
- Compile and update weekly speedtomarket reports on stock, store execution, and product availability.
Your Profile
Skills
Knowlege, Skills & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, Business development or other related fields.
- 5-8 years of account management or sales experience, preferable with national or major key accounts in the country.
- Track record of managing large, complex customers and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong analytical, business acumen, negotiations and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building activities
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
