Job Description
Overview:
- Develops creative campaign concepts as per the requirement of Marketing, Trade, Brand, Product & Sales, Digital Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
- Can conceptualize campaigns from idea to execution across all touchpoint, online and offline.
- Produce advertising design requirements such as promo collaterals, brand merch, product packaging; print; tri-media advertisements; Digital Marketing/online requirements such as EDM, interactive designs; online ads, social media materials, and or videos that help generate visibility and conversion
Functions:
- Up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Can produce consistent excellent concept ideas and visual work
- Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones and selling them to the other members of the team and to clients
- Guarding visual communication consistency according to the brand's values and guidelines
- Can deliver effective visual artworks, photography, video production and motion graphics
- Design and create offline and online advertising materials (OOH, Print Ads, etc.), online banners, or presentations, and assets for social media materials and ecommerce
- Has a great eye for details and appetite for video editing, motion graphics and 3D.
- Maintain and update interactive online content with accuracy, consistency, and compliance with best practice industry standards
- Work in a group or individually to develop concepts, approaches, and storyboard
- Attends project briefings and alignments and delivers projects on time and on point with the brief.
Traits:
- Creativity skills: must be good at ideation and execution. They must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising, social media and content marketing, photography and videography and graphic design.
- Communication and presentation skills: must have good excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills to pitch ideas to stakeholders and is open for criticism.
- A self-starter and a closer.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Need a clear creative vision while remaining open to others ideas.
- Leadership skills: Able to Foster Teamwork, Positioning, Organization, Coaching, Promoting Process Improvement
- Digital, photography and videography and graphic design skills: Extensive knowledge of graphic design & videography and relevant software is vital. Familiarity with film-making techniques is very useful. Video editing, copywriting and HTML skills.
- Excellent Project Management Skill, Presentation Skills, Proactive, Developing Creative Standards, Productive.
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, resourceful, creative, fun, collaborative.
- High comfort level working in a diverse, fast phase environment
- Able to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people and projects
Minimum Work Experience:
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Communications, or any related field
- Campaign Development, Execution and Management Experience.
- Creative, Strategic and critical thinking required.
- Unique insight into creative ideas and good taste in visual arts
- Proficient in oral and written English and Filipino
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Video production, photoshoot production experience.
- Mid-level with 3 years+ experience.
- Must have Advertising & Digital Agency experience
