Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role is central in producing high-quality multimedia content for digital platforms, supporting ministry events, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. Ideal for individuals passionate about media, design, and ministry.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Produce high-quality multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media and YouTube.

Develop creative designs for both digital and printed materials (e.g., posters, banners, event graphics).

Assist in video production: shooting, editing, and optimizing for various formats.

Brand and Communication

Ensure consistent branding across all media content.

Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Maintain and regularly update the church website content.

Livestream and Technical Support

Support livestream services, especially during Saturday and Sunday ministries.

Enhance livestream quality using tools like OBS, Wirecast, and ATEM.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.

Equipment Management

Maintain and optimize multimedia equipment for efficient setup and use.

Ensure proper documentation through photography and videography.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in graphic design, layout, and presentation techniques.

Skilled in photography and video production (shooting and editing).

Knowledge of social media content strategy and management.

Open to fresh graduates passionate about media and ministry.

Must be a born-again Christian with a heart for church service.

Must Know

Canva (graphic design, minor video editing)

CapCut (video editing)

Good to Know

Adobe Creative Suite:

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom (Graphic Design & Illustration)

Premiere Pro, After Effects (Video Editing)

Livestreaming Software:

OBS, Wirecast, ATEM

Ability to troubleshoot livestream software and hardware issues

Website and Frontend Development:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress

Photography & Videography:

Experience with professional cameras (specifically Canon)

Strong documentation skills through photo and video coverage

Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule

Tuesday to Sunday

Availability on weekends is required to support ministry activities
