Multimedia Marketing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote. Open to anywhere in the Philippines.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (PHP Nightshift)

Salary: $30,000 PHP Monthly

About the Role:

We are School Basics, a U.S.-based company seeking a creative Multimedia Marketing Specialist with strong English communication skills. This role is ideal for someone with experience creating and editing short-form and medium-length video content, as well as producing high-quality visual assets for digital platforms. You'll be part of our team, creating engaging photo and video content that supports our brand, products, and marketing campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career multimedia professional who is looking to build their skills, contribute to a growing team, and gain hands-on experience working on a variety of marketing and creative projects.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is required, while experience with Canva, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and other content creation tools is highly preferred. Candidates should also have access to equipment capable of handling professional photo editing and video rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging short-form and medium-length video content for marketing and social media campaigns.
• Edit and enhance both photo and video content to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent visuals.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, themes, and visual styles for marketing campaigns and content projects.
• Collaborate with the team producing compelling digital content that supports brand awareness and promotional initiatives.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, and emerging content creation techniques to continuously improve engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• A portfolio showcasing your photo and video work is required for consideration.
• 2+ years of experience in photo and video content creation and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar content creation tools is preferred.
• Experience creating short-form and medium-length video content.
• Access to equipment capable of professional photo editing and video rendering.
• Strong creativity, organization, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
