Job Description

This is a hybrid role bridging creative production with strategic service delivery. The professional is responsible for leading marketing initiative execution while remaining hands-on in producing high-quality visual and audio content. They must manage end-to-end projects, ensuring brand assets resonate through a human-led and professional approach.

  • Marketing Services Leadership: Acts as the primary lead for internal creative requests, coordinating with various departments to ensure marketing services are delivered efficiently and on strategy.
  • Strategic Content Production: Conceptualizes and creates a wide range of high-impact multimedia assets, including videos, infographics, and motion graphics for social media, thought leadership articles, and digital campaigns.
  • Video & Audio Direction: Manages the full lifecycle of video and audio production, including shooting, editing, and post production for internal and external brand storytelling.
  • Thought Leadership Support: Collaborates on the framing and distribution of technical articles, ensuring captions and visual layouts adhere to specific guidance for current and archival content.
  • Brand Stewardship & Quality Control: Maintains the integrity of the brand voice ensuring it remains humble, professional, and concise while enforcing visual brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Project Coordination: Oversees the workflow of brand assets and creative requests, serving as a point of contact for multimedia inquiries and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 34 years in a creative role with a track record of managing marketing projects.
  • Advance/Expert in knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci Resolve, and modern digital content tools like Canva, Capcut, etc.
  • Ability to bridge technical accounting or business ethics with creative marketing to create impactful content. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, balancing leadership duties with direct hands-on production.
