Job Summary

The Multimedia Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and designing multimedia content that aligns with the company's brand identity and campaign objectives. This role requires creativity, detail-orientedness and collaboration across marketing teams to produce high-quality visual materials, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on the latest design and technology trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creative Design & Content Production
  • Develop multimedia design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print campaigns, aligned with brand identity guidelines.
  • Design and develop brand assets and materials such as brochures, merchandise, flags, promotional items, office branding elements, office revamping visuals, and other brand-related materials that support company initiatives and workplace branding.
  • Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including e-commerce banners, landing page visuals, social media graphics and posts, electronic direct mail (EDM), printed collaterals, and short-form video animations.
  • Create motion graphics and animated content to enhance digital campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Edit and produce video content using industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut).
  • Event Creative Support and Media Execution
  • Design and produce event-related assets and collaterals including invitations, flyers, event backdrops, presentation visuals, social media announcements, and publishing materials.
  • Provide event support when assigned, including serving as media or technical support during events (e.g., presentation management, video playback, livestream support, or documentation).
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality control across all brand assets and marketing touchpoints, strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Translate brand messaging into compelling, on-brand visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Review and refine design outputs to maintain high-quality standards before delivery.
  • Collaboration & Project Management
  • Partner with marketing teams, campaign managers, and branch stakeholders to develop visual materials for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent quality output.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, motion graphics, UI/UX, and social media content creation.
  • Explore and adopt new design tools, software updates, and creative techniques to continuously elevate design quality and output.

Minimum Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Multimedia Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, Digital Content Creator, or similar creative role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print media, including e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, and the ability to leverage them to enhance design quality, streamline workflows, and improve content production efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate brand messages into engaging visuals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
