GrowthAssistant is seeking creative and experienced Multimedia Designers to create visually compelling and high-performing designs across multiple platforms, primarily Meta and TikTok. You'll bring static and motion assets to life, support campaigns, and help clients stand out with engaging visuals.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: 85,000 - 90,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

What You'll Do
1) Graphic & Visual Design
- Design brand-consistent assets for client web pages, banners, product images, and layouts.
- Enhance and repurpose existing creative: cropping, resizing, adding text overlays, optimizing for desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide visuals for email campaigns, organic social, and paid media.
- Package supporting content like guides, white papers, and presentations in line with brand standards.
2) Video & Motion Content
- Edit and optimize short-form video for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads.
- Repurpose client footage or user-generated content into high-performing paid ads.
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, dynamic transitions, and music tailored to platform trends.
- Analyze creative performance and iterate on editing style to drive engagement.
- Maintain a fast-paced editing cadence with autonomyminimal direction, high ownership expected.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and video editing experience, including ad content for Meta and/or TikTok.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with performance marketing content, especially UGC-style or direct-response videos.
- Strong understanding of social-first editing principles (hook-driven pacing, platform-specific aspect ratios).
- Ability to work independently and make editorial decisions aligned with brand goals.
- Amenable to working graveyard shifts (U.S. time zone); prior graveyard experience preferred.
