Job Summary
The Multimedia & Brand Designer is responsible for translating brand strategy into visually compelling assets across digital and offline platforms. The role combines graphic execution with trend sensitivity, ensuring our brand feels current, clean, and cohesive across all channels (ie.,corporate presentations, social posts, and printed brand materials). You must balance creative flair with technical design precision, collaborate actively with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Execution
- Create digital assets: social media graphics, paid ad creatives, video storyboards, presentations, etc.
- Produce brand marketing collateral: print, event materials, and internal assets.
- Translate concepts and campaign ideas into strong visual executions that align with the brand.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Maintain design file hygiene and version control.
2. Creative Development
- Keep abreast of design trends and translate them into updated brand visuals.
- Collaborate in brainstorming new formats and campaign concepts with other
- Communications team members and project owners.
- Provide creative direction on look and feel, ensuring designs are not only well-executed but also strategically aligned.
3. Feedback Integration
- Accept and iterate on feedback promptly and constructively.
- Maintain responsiveness and openness to creative direction.
4. Process & Documentation
- Develop and refine design templates, visual systems, and asset libraries.
- Use project management tools to track task status and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases diverse design work across digital and print mediums.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or other relevant tools.
- Creativity & Innovation: A keen eye for design trends and an ability to creatively apply them to maintain a fresh, modern brand presence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of quality with a meticulous approach to design execution, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
