We are looking for a creative
Multimedia Content Producer to join our team at FullFill. This role focuses on creating engaging multimedia content that helps MSMEs grow their businesses across various platforms. As part of our mission to empower MSMEs, you'll be instrumental in developing content strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, photos, and graphics to be used in social media and marketplace platforms
- Oversee end-to-end content production process from ideation to final delivery
- Build and maintain a collaborative network of creatives, talent, affiliates, and content creators
- Demonstrate expertise in contract negotiations with clients, freelancers, talent, and public figures
- Help manage budget for clients marketing expenses such as talent and production fees
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver engaging presentations
- Maintain project calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay current with latest media trends and best practices and give recommendations that will help partners boost their business growth
- Conduct market studies, competitor analyses, using a data-driven approach to guide digital marketing directions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to pioneer business initiatives and the deliver invaluable service to all partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Arts and Design, Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in editing applications (Canva, Capcut, Built-in social media tools)
- Proficiency in project management and office tools (Notion, GSuite, Microsoft office)
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles
- Experience with Affiliate/UGC/Influencer contract negotiations
- Portfolio demonstrating multimedia production skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Contributor and self-starter
