- Create social media graphics, promotional materials, and online ad creatives.
- Design product visuals for e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, etc.
- Resize and adapt campaign key visuals into multiple formats.
- Design product banners and promotional graphics.
- Provide layout designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and in-store materials.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
- Update visuals for seasonal campaigns and sale events.
- Ensure product images meet marketplace standards.

Videography
- Does video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, ads)
- Create motion graphics and animated posts.
- Create motion graphics and animated text overlays.
- Edits marketing videos using relevant platforms.
- Executes shoots and content creation that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Prepare/render video files in correct formats for digital platforms.
Photography
- Execute photoshoots (in-house or on-location) that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Take clear and well-composed product photos for e-commerce listings.
- Set up lighting, backdrops, and shooting areas.
- Perform basic photo retouching and color correction.
- Ensure product images meet marketplace standards, terms and conditions (Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
Retail & Event Coverage
- Document store openings, events, bazaars, and activations.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media.
- Ensure timely turnaround of event photos for marketing use.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with relevant teams for creative design requests.
- Receive and implement revisions based on feedback.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions
File & Asset Management
- Organize and properly label design files.
- Ensure correct export formats for digital and print.
- Maintain updated design templates and assets.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain and safeguard company photography/videography equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of raw and edited files.
- Manage photo libraries and digital asset folders.
- Report equipment issues immediately.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Summary
The Multimedia Artist creates visually compelling materials for digital and print platforms for the company. This role focuses on executing design requirements based on approved concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering creatives on time to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 12 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia is a big plus
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and/or similar platforms/tools
- Working knowledge and understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
