QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing Management, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or Content Creation in a Marketing, Real Estate, or Creative Agency environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Corel) or equivalent design/video editing software
- Knowledgeable in photography, editing, and videography, and post-production workflows
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic, New Media Design, and Videos
- Conceptualizes and develops marketing materials (concept to final artwork and mock-ups) in multiple traditional graphics and merchandise formats.
- Develops effective and efficient online materials (e.g. display/online ads, emailer, infographics) that are fit to the online requirements.
- Submits and updates online materials that are subject for immediate posting
- Creates and produces video content tailored to the requirements of the selected medium.
Content Marketing
- Recommends ideas and produces compelling content and output for our Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube Channel.
- Initiates new or special projects that augment corporate and department effort.
Event/Shoot Coverage
- Provides support in events, Ready-For-Occupancy (RFO) shoots, campaigns, or Marketing-initiated activities through photo and/or video coverage.
Documentation and Reporting
- Organizes, documents and secures back-up of all corporate and brand-related materials/ artworks, master files and layered work files
