Job Description:

Design & Production

• Create event visuals: banners, social media graphics, presentations, videos, animations, and interactive displays.
• Develop stage designs, booth layouts, and environmental graphics for in-person/hybrid events.

Brand Integration

• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and event themes.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Technical Execution

• Edit video/audio content for event promos, recaps, and live streams.
• Optimize designs for web, mobile, large-scale projections, and print.

Requirements:

• Portfolio showcasing event-related design work (e.g., motion graphics, branding, environmental design).
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experiencewith 3D tools (Blender/Cinema 4D) or web design (Figma/Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
