ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a Multimedia Artist to bring ideas to life. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact visual content that strengthens CIBI's marketing, branding, and communications efforts. You'll work across digital, print, video, and web platforms, creating compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and strategic goals. Partnering closely with the Marketing team and key stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into creative, effective design solutions. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong creative thinking with attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines is key.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Design & Content Development
- Design and produce visual materials for marketing and communications initiatives including social media content, brochures, presentations, reports, newsletters, advertisements, and event materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the CIBI's brand identity and messaging.
- Create graphics for both digital and print platforms, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency.
Multimedia Production
- Support photography, videography, and video editing requirements for events, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Assist in producing motion graphics, short videos, or multimedia content for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
- Manage and organize multimedia assets for marketing use.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to conceptualize and develop creative materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Brand Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to the company's branding guidelines and visual standards.
- Participate in design review and revision processes until final approval of creative outputs.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications.
Digital & Content Management
- Assist in preparing and uploading creative assets for digital platforms including the company website, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Apply best practices in file management, resolution standards, and digital publishing formats.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
Experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience (academic and professional) with design software including Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma
- Experience in photography and videography production is an advantage
- Experience supporting digital marketing and social media campaigns
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma
- Extensive knowledge of print, electronic, and graphic design
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma)
