Job Summary
The External Multimedia Artist for Events & Activations is responsible for capturing, creating, and producing compelling visual and multimedia content for on-ground events. This role supports brand activations, roadshows, launches, exhibits, and experiential marketing activities by delivering real-time and post-event visual assets that highlight audience engagement and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site multimedia support during events, activations, and brand campaigns
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during live events
- Create event-based visuals, including:
- Event highlights and recap videos
- Motion graphics for LED screens and event displays
- Design and adapt visual assets for:
- Event backdrops, booths, standees, and LED walls
- Event teasers, countdowns, and post-event collaterals
- Work closely with event managers, brand teams, and coordinators on-site/
- Ensure visuals reflect brand identity, event theme, and campaign goals
- Edit and deliver content within tight, event-driven timelines
- Manage and organize multimedia files captured during events
- Provide post-event deliverables such as recap videos, photo selections, and visual reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in event multimedia, live coverage, or brand activations
- Strong portfolio showcasing event photography, videography, and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
- Ability to work in fast-paced, on-ground environments
- Strong sense of storytelling through live event content
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours during events
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on-site
