- Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
- Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
- Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks, which includes de-clogging & leaks repair.
- Cleaning of aircon units and cooling equipment.
- Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
- Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working condition.
- With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
- At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
- Amenable to travel to different store branches (QC and Manila only) for repair and maintenance.
- Has basic knowledge in construction works, repair and maintenance.
- Willing to render overtime & shifting schedule if needed.
- Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible
