We are looking for a Mulesoft Developer with expertise in MuleSoft to design, develop, and optimize APIs for seamless integration across enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with architects, business analysts, and developers to build scalable and high-performing solutions while ensuring system stability and reliability.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing existing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements in API performance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and developers, to design and implement integration solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance issues, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
- Implement API security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Manage API lifecycle, including versioning, monitoring, and maintaining documentation.
- Contribute to testing and deployment processes, following best practices for reliability and performance.
- Identify and implement improvements, optimizing API performance and development efficiency.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in MuleSoft development and API management.
- 7-10 years working experience in Software Development.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
- Hands-on experience with DataWeave, RAML, JSON, XML, and RESTful API development.
- Experience in monitoring and managing API alerts, ensuring proactive system maintenance.
- Familiarity with integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective resolutions.
- Must be amenable to working in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week).
