Role Description
The MSP HelpDesk Level 1 role is a full-time remote position (US Business Hours). The selected candidate will provide first-line support for IT and technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software concerns, and assist clients with desktop computer setup and maintenance. Responsibilities also include resolving help desk tickets, supporting customers with prompt, professional communication, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of technical support when necessary.
Qualifications
This is an opportunity to be hired directly as a contractor by a US based MSP. Candidates must have their own equipment with a reliable internet connection and backup. Applicants will go through the following process:
