Job Description

  • Drive execution and scaling of SME/MSME initiatives across the organization.
  • Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across product, sales, operations, risk, marketing, and technology.
  • Track progress against KPIs; identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
  • Prepare performance reporting, dashboards, and management insights.
  • Support pilot design, success metrics definition, evaluation, and scale-up decisions.
  • Support process improvement and operational optimization.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and best practices to enable repeatable scaling.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements For Skill

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of working experience, preferably in fintechs, banks, or financial industries.
  • Exposure to SME/MSME products, programs, or customer segments.
  • Strong execution and project coordination capability.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
  • Solid data literacy (KPIs, reporting, basic analysis).
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset; ability to work independently and hands-on.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Nice to have areas:
  • Knowledge of lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience scaling pilots into business-as usual (BAU) operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales performance, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of credit risk, underwriting, or loan lifecycle. Nice to Have Areas
  • Experience in emerging markets or MSME ecosystems.
