Job Description
- Drive execution and scaling of SME/MSME initiatives across the organization.
- Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across product, sales, operations, risk, marketing, and technology.
- Track progress against KPIs; identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Prepare performance reporting, dashboards, and management insights.
- Support pilot design, success metrics definition, evaluation, and scale-up decisions.
- Support process improvement and operational optimization.
- Document processes, playbooks, and best practices to enable repeatable scaling.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements For Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of working experience, preferably in fintechs, banks, or financial industries.
- Exposure to SME/MSME products, programs, or customer segments.
- Strong execution and project coordination capability.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
- Solid data literacy (KPIs, reporting, basic analysis).
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High ownership mindset; ability to work independently and hands-on.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Nice to have areas:
- Knowledge of lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience scaling pilots into business-as usual (BAU) operations.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales performance, or customer lifecycle management.
