What You'll Do
- Comprehensively manage an insurance claim, including the submission of assessment report, completion of scope of works and costing estimation.
- Undertake assessments allocated by the Assessing Operations Manager.
- Interact with our insured parties, insurance clients and repairers to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to insurance claims.
- Conduct your activity in a timely manner.
- Prepare your own assessment reports to be sent directly to the client.
- Maintain regular communication with Management on technical or customer service issues
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Motor Claims Assessor with hands-on automotive assessment knowledge preferably in the Australian market.
- TESDA-certified or any trade qualification in the automotive industry. Motor mechanic, painters, automotive technician or related roles are open to apply.
- Proven understanding of repair methods, repair times and interpret repair estimates is strongly preferred.
- Strong English Language communication (written and verbal).
- High level of technology proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days on-site & 2 days work from home).
