Motion Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Motion Graphics & Animation Designer!

Office Beacon Philippines is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Animation Designer to produce engaging animated content, motion graphics, and video materials that support marketing, branding, and product promotion initiatives. This role covers the full animation lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to final video delivery, while collaborating closely with internal teams and supporting clients and business owners through the Teelaunch platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop storyboards that define scenes, transitions, timing, and animation flow

Plan and animate character gestures, poses, and emotional expressions for natural, consistent performance

Prepare character assets in Adobe Illustrator by separating layers for animation control

Import and animate assets in Adobe Animate to create limb movements, body tilts, and character actions

Rig characters using the Bone Tool to achieve smooth and realistic motion

Synchronize voice-overs and facial movements using Adobe Character Animator

Enhance animations in Adobe After Effects with motion graphics, typography, and transitions

Create animated logo intros and outros for branded video content

Design custom artwork aligned with client requirements, promotions, holidays, and market trends

Produce high-quality product mockups to visually present final concepts

Edit and finalize videos in Adobe Premiere Pro for polished delivery

Develop motion graphic reels, promotional videos, and marketing assets

Produce client-facing videos for launches, promotions, and online publishing

Collaborate within the Teelaunch platform to support business owners and startups

Assist with Teelaunch administrative tasks, including product uploads and accurate setup

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Animate, Character Animator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling

Experience with character rigging and voice-over synchronization

Ability to translate client instructions into compelling visual concepts

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills
