The Role

We're on the hunt for ambitious, high-potential Motion Designer/Video Editor who want more than just a job they want to grow, challenge themselves, and make real impact. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you'll work across a variety of exciting projects, including:

• Brand launch videos
• Video Sales Letters
• YouTube/Podcast videos
• Short-form reel editing

You'll collaborate with an international team, flex your creative muscles daily, and see your work shipped to real clients, fast.

What We're Looking For

• 16 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus)
• A portfolio that shows both creativity and versatility across brand, digital, and content work
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Strong communication skills you're just as comfortable on Slack or Zoom as you are in a design doc
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding
• A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and push boundaries
