Role Description

The Motion Designer conceptualizes and produces dynamic visual content including animation, motion graphics, and video assets that enhance storytelling and immersive experiences. While specializing in motion, the role requires strong multimedia capabilities and an understanding of experience design across physical and digital environments to support cross-disciplinary creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated assets, and video content
• Develop title sequences, explainer animations, and campaign motion systems
• Translate static brand identities into dynamic motion systems
• Contribute to experience design for immersive environments
• Support physical-digital integration such as screen content for attractions and spatial media
• Handle video editing, sound synchronization, and basic compositing
• Optimize outputs for various formats, platforms, and experiential environments
• Collaborate with brand, 3D, and production teams
• Communicate & articulate clearly with clients, partners, etc.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution. 
• Follow established brand systems, and create brand new systems. 
• Troubleshoot performance and design pipeline issues independently. 
• Works efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Able to manage tasks independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro/Davinci Resolve
• Basic 3D knowledge (Blender/C4D/Maya) is a plus
• Good design fundamentals (layout, color, typography)
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of immersive and spatial media workflows is a plus
• Skilled in creating presentations and communication materials
• Working in an onsite setting
• 1+ years of work experience with Multimedia Arts
