Description:
We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who blends strong creative instincts with technical execution. You'll own motion projects end-to-end; from concept and storyboarding to final delivery, working closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Marketing.
This is an in-house role where you'll help shape and evolve Blueberry's motion language over time, not just execute one-off assets. You'll also explore AI-driven workflows to push speed, scale, and creative boundaries.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, and video across brand, campaign, and product touchpoints.
- Translate briefs into storyboards, animatics, and compelling motion concepts.
- Bring premium sponsorship content to life with a cinematic, high-performance feel.
- Deliver content across social, paid media, web, film, and activations.
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept to animation, edit, sound, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to motion systems, templates, and asset libraries.
- Stay ahead of motion, design, and cultural trends.
AI & Workflow Innovation
- Integrate AI tools into ideation, production, and post-production workflows.
- Use AI to accelerate concepting, asset creation, and editing.
- Build scalable systems combining traditional craft with AI efficiency.
- Explore and adopt new tools to improve output and speed.
Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Hoping To Find
- 3-5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- Strong portfolio across campaigns, social, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and storytelling.
- Experience managing full production pipelines from concept to delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with AI creative tools and workflows.
- Ability to balance speed, creativity, and attention to detail.
Extra Points if You Have
- Experience in sports, sponsorship, or high-performance brand content.
- 3D, compositing, or advanced motion experience.
- Familiarity with sound design or video production.
- Experience building motion systems or scalable templates.
- Exposure to Unreal Engine or emerging platforms.
