The Role
You will be responsible for producing design solutions and video content that help us grow our engagement rates and increase sales on multiple online platforms like paid social media, organic posts and websites in Australia and New Zealand. This role offers someone the chance to continue their marketing career in video production on a diverse set of briefs and creative challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit videos using Adobe Creative Cloud mainly After Effects, Premiere Pro and support from other software.
- Produce a wide range of animation and motion content for social media, campaigns, and product overviews.
- Handle visual effects work including compositing, tracking, and rotoscoping to enhance video quality.
- Plan, design, and produce creative static and dynamic assets in multiple formats, including graphics, motion graphics, GIFs, social tiles and other interactive elements mainly for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and present strategies to engage with our audience via social media, based on new trends across the digital landscape.
- Understand the style/vision and follow design guidelines for creatives.
- Edit and finalise the production of video testimonials making sure it is consistent and on-brand with our products USP's, and engaging for our audiences.
- Adapt existing content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
- Manage and collate all user-generated content to repurpose for social and website.
- Discuss, strategize and execute multimedia solutions and marketing creatives to increase conversion and help increase the company's revenue growth across all marketing channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create high-performing video content to be shared across social media, website and digital channels.
- Work directly with the Marketing team to achieve weekly milestones and propose fresh ideas and support campaign rollouts, product launches and assets.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years experience in motion graphics, video editing, and content creation.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in compositing, tracking, and rotoscoping for video post-production.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of different styles and layout techniques and a background on branding and corporate identity.
- Good knowledge and interest in performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience in creating visually stunning and engaging animations and videos that communicate complex ideas and concepts.
- Able to adapt to different formats and styles of videos and work with a sense of urgency whilst balancing a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp is a plus.
- Has interest in creative and design principles to produce visually compelling content that help support marketing campaigns and revenue growth.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
