We are seeking a motivated and organised Mortgage Broker Support professional to provide day-to-day assistance to our Australian client's brokerage team. The role is focused on end-to-end application management and ownership of deal progression from lead through to settlement, with a heavy emphasis on accuracy, follow-up discipline, and system use.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end loan application processing from lead creation to post-settlement
  • Lodging deals via Salestrekker and Apply Online (AOL)
  • Managing supporting documents, validation, and submission to lenders
  • Conducting income checks, servicing calculations, and credit assessments
  • Handling lender follow-ups across pre-assessment, credit, approval, and docs
  • Managing valuation orders and pricing requests
  • Completing compliance documentation and application forms
  • Reviewing bank statements, credit reports, and financial data
  • Liaising with brokers, lenders, BDMs, clients, and third parties
  • Managing ongoing client and stakeholder communication
  • Tracking workflows, status updates, and pipeline progression
  • Supporting process improvements and maintaining lender policy awareness

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in AU broker support, brokerage operations roles
  • Understanding of Australian brokerage and financial services environment is required
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong follow-up discipline, does not drop tasks
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
  • Process-driven with ability to manage volume
  • Confident communicator with clients and lenders
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
