About The Team
The Monee Internship Program offers a learning experience that allows the students to be immersed in the fun and collaborative work environment of Monee PH. A 3-5 month internship open for year-round hiring of undergraduate students, the program aims to provide interns with relevant tasks/projects to work on in their assigned business function. The internship allows the interns to make a difference with technology and become future leaders in the industry.
Job Description
- Assist in tasks specific to the assigned department for internship (Operational Risk / Graphic Design / Marketing / Compliance / Business Development - Deposits Payments & Transfers / Business Intelligence & Analytics)
- Tasks include conceptualizing, coordinating, and monitoring department-specific projects
- Collaborate closely with team members on their daily task assignments.
- Assist in process improvements and/support the business activities of their respective departments.
Requirements
- Must be a third or fourth-year college student currently enrolled in a university with a degree in related fields below.
- Voluntary Internship (not required by the school)
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel
- Can commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
- Amenable to working onsite in Mandaluyong City (The Podium) at least three times a week. Can work from home for the rest of the remaining work days.

Graphic Design Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Knowledgeable in latest creative & design trends
- Experienced in designing through Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, related design applications
Marketing Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of the marketing funnel
- Creative and inquisitive mindset
Business Development - Deposits Payments and Transfers Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree Data, Math, Business or Banking-related courses from a good university
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have strong interest in the digital business
Business Intelligence & Analytics Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics and other related courses
- Must have good communication skills and be able to present reports
- Is keen to details and possesses critical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge in SQL to extract various data reports
- Ability to use Python to automate manual processes (Pandas, Selenium, API Requests, etc.)
- Can perform statistical analysis in customer data using Python / R
