About the Role

We are looking for a Modern Trade Sales Coordinator (B2B) to support key modern trade accounts and ensure smooth execution of sales, promotions, and account operations. This role works closely with the Modern Trade Manager, distributors, and retail partners to drive strong in-store execution and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Modern Trade accounts (e.g., SM, Robinsons, S&R, Landers, WalterMart, etc.)
  • Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and retail partners
  • Assist in PO processing, delivery follow-ups, pricing, and promo execution
  • Monitor sell-in / sell-out performance and in-store compliance
  • Support trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising execution
  • Consolidate sales reports, store feedback, and competitor activities
  • Act as the link between the Modern Trade Manager and field teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years experience in FMCG sales, sales coordination, modern trade, or trade marketing
  • Exposure to B2B sales processes is an advantage
  • Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
  • Comfortable with field and account visits
  • Experience handling modern trade or key accounts is a plus
