Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

  • Growth Strategy & Business Operations
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Modern Trade.
  • Performance Management: Define KPIs, targets, and incentive schemes to align with business goals. Lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with Modern Trade leadership.
  • Investment Oversight: Manage Modern Trade investments, ensuring appropriateness and ROI.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying execution pain points and implementing scalable solutions. Represent Modern Trade in technology and process governance forums.
  • Agency & Tools Management: Oversee partner agencies, execution tools, reports, and digitization processes to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
  • Efficient Servicing & Strategic Partnerships Lead
  • Efficient Servicing:
  • Oversee readiness and manage escalations during peak periods to ensure smooth and effective field execution in coordination with Customer Experience Team.
  • Manage RBO processes and ensure timely resolution of operational issues to maintain service continuity.
  • Identify backend service gaps and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system support.
  • Strategic Partnership
  • Reimagine and optimize the agency business model to unlock long-term growth and operational scalability.
  • Collaborate with finance to standardize MT contracts and discount structures for sustainable profitability while optimizing AR structures.
