Description

The Mobile Support Engineer delivers enterprise mobile device support, ensuring secure configuration, availability, and inventory management per SOW requirements.

  • Mobile Device Support
  • Configure and install Globe mobile applications
  • Assist authorized users with Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Perform mobile device formatting and file transfers (VIP exceptions only)
  • Conduct first-aid hardware troubleshooting and endorse unresolved issues to service centers
  • Inventory & Release Management
  • Manage mobile device inventory, releases, and returns
  • Support onboarding and liquidation of mobile phones and SIMs
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure mobile support activities are logged in ServiceNow
  • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting

Requirements

  • 24 years of mobile or endpoint support experience
  • Knowledge of iOS, Android, and enterprise mobility practices
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
