- Source and recruit qualified candidates for Loan Consultant roles via field sourcing, referrals, job portals, and local outreach.
- Drive walk-in drives, field hiring campaigns, local events to attract talent.

Qualifications
- Recruitments and Sourcing skills, Communication & Negotiation/Convincing Skills.
- College level/College Graduate in any Business-related course
- Willing to do field work & have local market awareness
- With experience of recruiting salespeople, sales and fieldwork
- Customer service oriented
