Mobile Platforms Engineer | MDM or Mobile Device Management

Position: Mobility Platforms Engineer

Work Schedule: ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED / SHIFTING : Flexibility to work within APAC/NA hours

Must be amenable to render overtime, work on weekends and/or PH holidays if needed; on-call shift duty is mandatory

Work Set up: Hybrid: 8 times RTO per month, flexible days

Location: BGC, Taguig

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience with strong background in supporting and deploying Smart Devices (iOS, Android, etc.
• The primary tasks include mobile-specific application deployments and MDM solutions management
• Experience in Researching, designing, testing, and documenting standards for mobile hardware, software, operating systems, and applications in relation to Mobility platforms
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify issues and root causes, providing resolutions by working with technical teams and vendors
• Nice to have:
• Familiar with various Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies and methodologies
• A certification within Microsoft platforms for mobile management and other MDM solutions
• Good communication Skills
• Can start ASAP
