Lexmark/Xerox is looking for a Mobile Development Engineer to design and develop mobile solutions for Lexmark/Xerox.
Project And Responsibilities
You will work closely with our team of mobile developers to develop and integrate feature sets of the Lexmark/Xerox applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Development and testing of feature sets
- Close collaboration with other mobile developers, testers, UxD engineers, etc.
Experience And Skills Needed
We are looking for an experienced developer with:
- At least 2 years experience in either Android or iOS mobile development
- Experience in Kotlin or Swift programming is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in native Android or iOS development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and history of contributing to deployments in an engineering role
- Experience with the following are differentiators:
- Non-mobile software programming
- Technical design using formal design patterns (MVVM)
- Use of at least SDK11
- Use of Jenkins, Git, GitHub
- Agile development and Scrum or SAFe framework
- File and data manipulation
- Use of various hardware communication protocols, e.g., IPP, Web Services, SNMP, etc.
- Solid foundation in secure development, e.g., SSDL, SSL / TLS, FOSS, Fuzzing, etc.
- Code coverage analysis / static analysis tools
- Application maintenance over several Android versions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (required); Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is a plus
