- Perform group presentations for BPI BBG clients on financial needs analysis for SME business, Corporate Solutions offerings and other topics in relation to financial needs of SMEs
- Solicit new business leads/ referrals from BPI Business Banking Branch Servicing officers, Bancassurance Sales Executives and other channels that may be identified by the Company.
- Present to and close new business account.
- Relieve BBSS who are on short and long term leaves. This includes but is not limited to: sick, vacation, mandatory, prolonged, maternity, and paternity leaves.
- Primary role of the MBBSA assigned to a branch is to ensure continuity of sales activities in the division without much guidance or supervision. While deployed, MBBSAs are tasked to partake in any events being held in their division of assignment.
- While not deployed on the field, MBBSAs are tasked to do call-outs to uncontacted leads and other lead sources the company may assign. They are also tasked to meet with clients whose policies were approved but not contacted through welcome call.
- Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA as well as both BPI and AIA PH.
- Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank's customer base.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with BBSS, as well as the bank officers and staff in the divisions they are assigned to for the purposes of generating corporate solutions leads and corporate solutions business. Their span of professionalism should expand to the entire BPI AIA team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI.
- Perform customer service and business conservation activities when assigned to a branch.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
- Submit required reports on time.
- Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect corporate solutions business.
- Report and meet weekly with the Corporate Solutions Manager for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.
- Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of company business.
