The Sales Machine is a B2B SaaS platform built for medium to large enterprises to manage sales performance, distribution, field sales, reporting, and automationall in one system.

We are building a mission-critical mobile app used by real-world sales teams in the field.

This is not a side project, not a toy app, and not a startup experiment.

We are looking for a senior-level Mobile App Developer Contractor who can own delivery, work closely with leadership, and execute with speed, discipline, and quality.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building, improving, and stabilizing our mobile application as part of a larger enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role requiring strong judgment, architectural thinking, and the ability to ship production-ready code.

You will work closely with:

• Product & Business Owners
• Backend & Web Developers
• QA and Operations

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications (Android & iOS)
• Implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations based on product roadmaps
• Integrate mobile apps with APIs, databases, and backend services
• Ensure app stability, scalability, and performance
• Handle offline-first logic, syncing, and data integrity
• Implement push notifications, analytics, maps, and location services
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and best practices
• Fix bugs, improve UX flows, and refactor legacy code when needed
• Participate in technical planning and estimations
• Maintain clean documentation and version control

Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)

We are specifically looking for senior-level expertise.

• 10+ years of professional experience in Mobile & Full-Stack Development
• Proven experience building production-grade, scalable mobile apps
• Strong command of native or cross-platform development
• Comfortable working in-house with a team, not just freelance delivery

• Cross-platform: Flutter (Dart), React Native

• Database: MongoDB (For DB-based Cross Integration)
• APIs: REST, JSON

• Databases: Firebase
• Cloud: Google Firebase Stack

• Maps & Location: Google Maps, Apple MapKit, GPS, Geolocation
• Notifications & Analytics
• In-App Purchases & Payments (Stripe, PayPal, Braintree)
• Authentication & Third-Party API Integrations
• Chat & Messaging (Firebase, Twilio, WebSockets)

• Git (preferably GitHub)
• CI/CD familiarity is a plus

Industry Experience (Strong Advantage)

Experience in one or more of the following:

• SaaS & Enterprise Systems
• ERP / CRM / Business Automation
• Field Sales or Distribution Systems
• FinTech, POS, or Invoicing Platforms
• Logistics, Inventory, or Supply Chain Systems
