Job Summary
This job revolves around data gathering, analyzing and presenting data to support business operations and decision making. Will ensure that performance metrics, trens and insights are accurately reported to management and clients; therefore the person in this role should be prepared to deal with a lot of data.
Essential Skills:
- Extremely high level of attention to detail, knowledge retention, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Excellent in MIS (Management Information System), Google Sheets/SlidesTools, Data Extraction, Tableau, Salesforce, database and presentation applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Preferred Google Sheets / VB Macro Creation to automate routine report, Data visualization and infographic/dashboarding skills
- Exposed PowerBI and other Reporting Tools
Qualifications:
- Completed any Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in MIS and BPO/ Shared Service Industry
- Experience in generating and analyzing operational/ performance/SLA reports and dashboards
- Intermediate/ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ VB Macro scripting
- Basic Understanding in SQL Scripting is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for Report Creation
- Basic Understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred
- Basic Understanding in PowerBI, Tableau and other Data Visualization tools is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the data/system needs of the business and developing integrated MIS
- systems for creating reports to be present to the management.
- Performing data extraction, data compilation, retention, summarization, and publication
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and
- relevant.
- Provide robust data usage and analytics reports to the appropriate leaders in management.
