Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the data/system needs of the business and developing integrated MIS systems for creating reports to be present to the management.
- Performing data extraction, data compilation, retention, summarization, and publication
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and relevant.
- Provide robust data usage and analytics reports to the appropriate leaders in management.
Essential Skills:
- Extremely high level of attention to detail, knowledge retention, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Excellent in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly Preferred – Microsoft Excel / VB Macro Creation to automate routine report
- Exposed – PowerBI, Tableau and other Reporting Tools
Qualifications:
- Completed any Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in MIS and BPO/ Shared Service Industry
- Experience in generating and analyzing operational/ performance/SLA reports and dashboards
- Intermediate/ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ VB Macro scripting
- Basic Understanding in SQL Scripting is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for Report Creation
- Basic Understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred
- Basic Understanding in PowerBI, Tableau and other Data Visualization tools is preferred
