If yes, we're looking for a MIS Reports Analyst who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys solving complex business problems through analytics.
As our MIS Reports Analyst, you will:
- Transform large data sets into meaningful business insights
- Develop and maintain operational, performance, and SLA reports
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Create automated reporting solutions using Excel Macros and VBA
- Build dashboards and visualizations for leadership reporting
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy
- Support business decisions through analytics and reporting solutions
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Strong experience in MIS Reporting within a BPO or Shared Services environment
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Formulas)
- Experience in VBA / Macro creation and report automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating operational and performance reports
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
- Basic SQL knowledge and scripting experience
- Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
