Our
Consumer Lending team is looking for
fresh graduates to join us in
Taguig in the role of
MIS Officer.
In this role, you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly, as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decision-making.

What The Role Will Entail
- Generate, validate, and distribute reports accurately and timely
- Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS Programs for efficiency and error reduction
- Troubleshoot both simple & complex SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency
- Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues, including but not limited to customer needs, complaints, fraudulent transactions, and suspicious accounts
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank, BSP, and other external regulatory bodies
- Implement audit & quality control measures
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course
- Strong analytical and MIS skills
- Working knowledge on Basic Banking Practices, Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns
- Proficient MS Office knowledge
- Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection
