Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of proven customer support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
  • Candidate can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expert!
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig City
  • 1-2 years of proven customer support experience
