DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the support team for the End to end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services.
Coordination within Globe support groups to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
Works with the operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed.
Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects
Reports generation, analysis, and presentation
Close monitoring of all product related information from the assigned project.
Represent Core Product team in assigned project discussion related to data gathering, monitoring and updates.
Responsible for identifying and analysing new business opportunities for Presents to the senior management and the working committee to the status of the project
Calls out support and other project dependencies impacting progress of the projectMonitors the progress of each of the tracks in the project
Ensures projects and tasks are implemented and monetized as planned
Leads also the different tracks in the projects
Ensures smooth change management during the transition
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in demand or capacity management, platforms, or service governance
Work experience in a telco company is preferred with working knowledge of telco fundamentals
Working knowledge in financial valuation and business case development
Graduate of Bachelor's in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or other related courses
