Network Orchestration: Design and execute daily line haul plans that connect our fulfillment centers, sortation hubs, and delivery stations.
Expansion Integration: Seamlessly integrate new facilities into the existing network, adjusting routes and schedules to maintain system fluidness.
Dynamic Resource Allocation: Manage the delicate balance between our Internal Fleet and Third-Party Vendors, prioritizing cost-efficiency without sacrificing service quality.
SLA Management: Ensure 100% compliance with increasingly strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly for new premium services and time-sensitive lanes.
Capacity Optimization: Maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles in a market where truck supply is tightening.
Contingency Planning: Develop Plan B scenarios for network disruptions, seasonal surges, or sudden changes in vendor availability.

Requirements:

1-3 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Planning (Middle Mile experience preferred).
Proficiency in Excel/SQL
English communication is a must
