Job Description

Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to meet business requirements
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
Manage and configure firewalls, security systems, and telephony solutions
Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems
Implement and maintain system automation tools to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Troubleshoot system, network, and security issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
At least 2 years of professional experience in: Network Administration, Firewall & Security Management, Telephony Systems
Strong experience with: Windows and Linux environments, System automation tools
Understanding of Apple security and management protocols, including: FileVault, Gatekeeper, System Integrity Protection (SIP)
ASAP or 15 days joiners is a plus.
