This is a full-time contract role for a Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor, located on-site in Manila. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), providing cost estimates, and ensuring cost control during projects. Key responsibilities include developing cost plans, delivering detailed cost reports, monitoring project costs, and advising on financial implications during the project lifecycle. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate with project teams to manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong ability in developing and presenting Cost Reporting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with industry-standard software for cost estimation and reporting
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations
