Job Description

As a Mid-Level ETL Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance SAP BO/Web Intelligence reporting solutions, optimize SQL queries and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and accurate enterprise BI outputs.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an SAP Developer or BI Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Web Intelligence (WebI) report development
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and report performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI layers
• Support migration, upgrades, and integration of SAP BO components
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with data architects, SAP functional teams, and business analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
