About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Support and Operations Specialist to join our Dynamics Center of Excellence (DCoE). This role focuses on providing comprehensive support and operational management for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with other Enterprise Application teammates and business owners to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our Dynamics 365 solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining system integrity, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide world-class support.

Assist in the administration of Dynamics 365 applications.

Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Work with IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Participate in change management activities, including testing and deployment of new features and updates.

Summary of Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a support or operations role, with a focus on Dynamics 365.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 modules along with Power Platform related technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with system administration and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.

Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Relevant certifications such as PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals and/or MB-910 - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).
