Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in Microsoft Intune.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME in Windows 365.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune systems and Windows 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
  • Implement and maintain system configurations and updates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Document processes and procedures for system maintenance.

  • Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
  • Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of system configuration and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
