- Expected to be an SME.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Subject Matter Advisor-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune
Additional Good to Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in MS Intune.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work in Cebu office.
